Spare Megathron?

I was talking to corpmate Tahoeby Kile. He is just about to skill into Gallente Battleships. His weapon of choice is a Megathron. Do we have a way to hook him up to keep his cost down? He isn't abundantly ISK rich but exhibits a good teamwork attitude with willingness to pitch in to the corp. Sounds like a worthwhile investment.
